Need help finding a fitting DAC/amp for my Beyerdynamic DT 880's (250 ohm PRO edition )

I decided to listen to Logans advice of getting the 880s. And that's all fine, but ofcourse I need an amp for the headphones. In my country I don't have many options, mostly USB DAC/amp combos. And  I've heard that USB powered accessories don't have enough power to power my 250ohm headphones.

Aside from that, I have a limited palette to work with, so refrain from posting amazon/newegg links because those are havens I have not yet reached (I'm not from the US, obviously). Though I will link you amazon links just so you can see what I can buy here ( for roughly 50% more expensive price though )

Some choices that I dug up after hours of research:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LP3AMC2/

It's well within my budget, only about 120$ here, and I have around 180$ to spend.

http://www.amazon.com/E12-Blanc-Portable-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B00B6QXWIY

If this one is any better than the first one, I can go as far as cashing out for it. It's 180$.

This whole world is confusing for a mere peasant such as I.Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

If you, as Logan puts it, "skip a cheeseburger", and save up a little cash you can pick up one of the two most highly recommended options the O2 Amp/DAC or the Shiit Magni II and Modi II combo.

I guess it would be pretty hard picking up something that doesn't exist here. Mr. Tassadar :)

That's the great thing about an O2 - you can build one yourself ;)

We ship world-wide :)

I think it's very nice of you to reply to my post but, not only would the shipping price take a huge blow to my budget, but I'd have to wait 21-30 days because trust me... I am really really far away. Not only that, but I'm 99% sure I can't even purchase stuff online because paypal is in beta for my country. Yeah.. hilarious i know.. Thank you for your help.
