Titles says it all. Looking to spend no more than $30. Just really need good, somewhat loud speakers for pc.
You should buy mine. $70 I'd go lower, but then I'd rather keep them than sell them.
If you are dead set on the price, well here are some good ones we use @ my place of work.
DO NOT buy anything lower than these logitechs. They will be tinny and will get static and will eventually die within 6months - 1 year. They are crap and not worth your time. We bought a lower brand of logitech and used them all around an office of around 500 people and it cost the company more money than they are worth, by wasting time replacing them, every time an issue occurred.

And the only reason is because, on my account, these actually have free shipping. The others only do standard shipping whitch can range from $12-$15 then you have to add tax, and it comes out pretty damn close so I might just get these

For $30 you won't get anything good and loud. You might get loud, but that is it. For example those creative speakers only have 2 watts per channel which won't go loud. Any speaker that could go loud for $30 will probably distort and sound even worse.
Honestly unless you don't have any speakers, I would save your money for something decent (~$500)
