I was looking for information about how well ACO shader compiler works for NAVI GPUs, for example RX 5700 xt. Phoronix tests revealed that results is almost identical or worse compared with RX 580 gains in performance and frame times. But that was some time ago, does things have improved since then?
I’m running a RX 5700 but I can’t tell you how much better it is. It works well on the latest kernel though. I could benchmark Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and GTA V if you want
Nah… only title i know which ran bad without ACO is POE . GTA V works well with my current GTX 1060. I am just considering to go team red again.
