Mz31-ar0 won't boot after BIOS flashing

Hi everyone
I bought a used server motherboard mz31-ar0 rev 1.1 and EPYC 7d12. Fully functional. The operating system installation was successful, and all the sensors in the BMC reported normal readings.

I updated the BIOS from R32 to R34 using a ch341a programmer and clip. Evrething were ok.

After that I modified the BIOS. The clip came off during the flashing of the modified BIOS. The BIOS chip is still available for reading and flashing. But the mainboard is failing to POST and the BMC now displays incorrect information about the hardware configuration and BIOS.

The built-in BIOS recovery is not working. And I can’t find any information on where the recovery copy is stored.

BMC info about BIOS, R32 flashed right now. Original dump also dosent work. I’ve also tried Milan and Naples roms.

BMC dimm inventory. The RAM is currently installed only in the C0 slot. I’ve tried all the available slots.

I confirmed the CPU and RAM are working by testing them in a friend’s H11SSL board

BMC seems unable to get up-to-date data from the motherboard. Any suggestions?

It seems the motherboard blocked my cpu, boot with another cpu was successful.

I ran out of thermal paste to check my CPU again.
