would anyone here know how to reach an actual person or CS rep from microsoft to help me recover my account.
I have used the account for almost 2 decades and I have used it only to sign up for Netflix and other forums.

Unfortunately that account is gone and they won’t give you access back. That’s why 2FA is so important these days. I’ve worked through this with folks before.
