My computer runs everything in 32 bit but not 64 bit

So my question to you is how do I get it to run in 64 bit? I checked my os it is a 64 bit version of windows 10. I have a Ryzen 3 2200g, 8gbs of ram.

How do you know everything runs in 32bit?

In parenthesis a program says (32 bit)? If so, see if there is a 64 bit version.

32-bit programs will run in 32-bit mode whether or not the OS is 32-bit or 64-bit.

This happens to every program under task manager?

happens to every program under task manager surrounded by parenthesis ( ) I ran the 64 bit version of War Thunder from the program files but it just started in 32 bit anyway
