My 1230v2 editing/gaming rig

I am selling my current pc and building another with a little more oomph. I will be ripping blu rays/converting them to an another format, video editing, programming, and some gaming.

I will run two 1080p monitors but will only be gaming on one, will the 7870 ghz be able to handle most games on high or ultra settings?

I have 8 GB's of RAM, will this be enough for video editing and converting big files(movies?)

I would say go with a I7 3770k over that Xeon if you are going to be doing gaming alot and they are great for editing because of HT.

I would say the i7 with a nvidia card because editing programs like adobe can use it.  if you are not using adobe it doesnt matter but you might also want 16gb of ram and another harddrive.

The 1230v2 is essentially an i7-3770k without overclocking ability or integrated graphics.

I already have a 120gb SSD that will go into this system. I will add more HDD's later. I will probably go with 16gb of RAM though.
