Alright, what I had intended to be my monitor has sadly died and now im in dire need of a relatively cheap monitor I sadly have only 175 to spend on this, at my place of employment we use the Dell E2214H and personally I do like it however if a larger monitor is within reach it would be greatly appreciated to know
in other news my SSD arrived today
for $175,- there are allot of decent monitors to buy dont worry.
What do you prefer? TN for fast response times, or something like ips for great colors and viewing angles?
i would prefer IPS as I will be sitting right in front of the monitor for the greater picture i highly doubt the delayed response times would be noticeable and I'm not worried about getting every tiny competitive edge I can, I just want to enjoy my experience gaming and as stated not so worried about every little thing to get a competitive advantage granted a noticeable delay in response from the time of input would be a issue
maybe something like this, would fit your needs.

Only con that im reading, is about the stand does not seem to be that great but still.
i´m still searching for other ones.
sadly there are no 27 " IPS monitors in your price range
This Dell, also looks like a good monitor to me.

so far i'd say im leaning toward the Asus, it has a HDMI cable which is the only cable sadly I currently own though i am not opposed to going out and buying a cheap cable, also from what the little I've researched its positive reviews do outweigh the negative
I should of mentioned that my desk is a fairly well lit area having a window right next to it and the non-glossy screen adds to the Asus's appeal
And the bad side
NCIX took a week to give UPS my package thus the long wait until the build.

This was the first computer I ever built and was quite the challenge, especially mounting the radiator (I opted to set it up in a pull configuration for now). Inserting the CPU was a bit nerve wracking as well, wasn't expecting quite as much tension. The sound of what can only be described as things breaking didn't help either. I opted not to test anything outside of the case and did all my cable management from viewed from the windowed side before turning it on as well (even the front panel io/buttons and leds). Fortunently when I hit the switch it fired up and went to the bios.
Played a ton of Far Cry 4 on ultra, the system handled it no problem
PS: sorry about the rat nest on the back side I did my best and this was my first build. Also sorry for the poor lighting sadly its all I got.
looks good ☺
