If it does have something similar to zen + 480 under the hood then its getting pretty hard to mock 'weaksauce' consoles...
Especially considering what lower level / bare metal could do with that level of hardware
RX 480 + 8 cores similar to the one in xbone with a higher clockrate.
6 teraflops is certainly the GPU+CPU put together.
It is pretty decent for a console, but keep in mind PCs had this hardware 3 years ago.
I've been hearing on IRC from employees at microsoft that it sounds like they are designing a steam machine with the windows store in mind. Its all a rumor in house but thats what the thought is.
