Mom needs help with a pc

Ok my mom is on the other side of the usa and she want to buy a pc. Her budget is 500 dollars and that is including monitor. So i offered to build her one and she says no -__-. But She is looking for a tower. Help me find her one that will fit her needs. She says that she wants a fast computer and mostly used for Microsoft word web browsing ect. No gaming done. It can be from anywhere. What do you guys think of this tower? For the money.

Lenovo is a quality company, nice specs too, if she's like most parents/older people she won't even use higher than 1600x900 because it makes things "hard to see"
