MoBo stuck in boot loop after BLCK OCing. Clearing CMOS and switching bios does nothing

SOS y’all. My Gigabyte z97x Gaming 7 is stuck in a boot loop, fans and pumps DO work at BIOS settings. Switching BIOSes and Clearing CMOS as instructed in the manual does nothing. The last number on my Debug is 32, which is “CPU PEI initialization.”

Anyone got any idears?

Unplug it, take out the battery, let it sit for 20 minutes, then do bios reset… see if that resorts it out for ya.

I managed to get into my bios by removing all but 1 dimm of ram. gonna shut down and put them back in!
