When I did an update in Pop!_OS I see this warning show up. Is this something I need to be concerned with?

It’s only an issue if you have a Radeon VII GPU.
It’s still a bug that will need to be fixed in the package, but it shouldn’t affect you other than spamming you with the message.

Sorry, I haven’t responsed sooner. I have a Radeon VII, lol. Should have mentioned that in the post.
