I was curious if anyone had any experience with minisforum warranty service. I’ve been having some stability issues with my MS-01 13900H barebones unit and during the course of it getting worse and troubleshooting I discovered the likely cause, part of the VRM seems to have caught fire. I’ve reached out to attempt to get the unit replaced but after 2 weeks I haven’t heard anything. Has anyone had any experience with their RMA or support?

Hey there, I just finished a warranty on my minisforum pc. Overall I’d say it was “ok” I had to pay for shipping ($23) but had the PC back and working in under 2 weeks.

Took about a month and a half and emailing them more than once a couple of times to get things moving, but I got a brand new replacement drop shipped from amazon.
