Mini-ITX server board recommendations

I am looking at putting together (rebuilding, actually) my old NAS so I can give it to my parents. I’ve moved all my stuff to a rack server, but I still have the case, PSU, drives, and RAM from the old build. The only thing I don’t have is the motherboard (because it is one of the Intel Avoton boards with the clock issue). Is there a Mini-ITX board out there that supports ECC DDR3 and is a bit more…reliable than the C2xxx boards? I’d even take something without an SOC.

Thanks!

Is DDR3 a hard requirement? If not, here’s some suggestions:

Asrock Rack has more options:

But, all of it is DDR4. But as it’s all AMD, ECC is supported.

i3’s supported ecc if you just need clock speed Xeons if you need more cores.
My backup nas is 1275lv3

Note Ipmi on these is java and its super old so its kinda ghetto if you really need ipmi just a word of warning.
