Micron E-die at 3600Mhz on X299?

Just want to know if anyone has successfully run 3600Mhz bins of Micron E-die stable on processors like the 7900X, 9820X and 10900X? (or any 44 lane Skylake-X processor)

3600Mhz is cheaper than 3200Mhz at the moment and I’d want to get 3600, but I don’t want to end up in a position that it doesn’t post. Crucial Ballistix is also not on the QVL for my board, so I’m extra weary.

How about 3000 CL15 ? Pretty much the same bin as 3200 CL16.
In a month or two I will be able to tell you about how 4*16 E-die does on a 7820X, but there is no plan to push it beyond the 3000 XMP, it is going into a DIY server.

SKL-X/CSL-X memory controller does not like high frequencies too much, but the SPD on the sticks is programmed to default to something like JEDEC 2133 or 2400, so no-post is probably unlikely, unless you try 8*16.

Cascade Lake-X max JEDEC is 2933Mhz. But this might mean I pick up a 3200 kit. 3000 kits are actually more expensive on Newegg Canada right now.

Unless I hear of people applying XMP on 3600 without issues on E-die on X299, gonna wait for lower prices on the 3200 kits.

On some gskill DIMMs, there are two XMP profiles, the ones I have seen had the lower profile at 3000. Not sure about contemporary Crucial DIMMs.
