Looks pretty good, but know that AMD CPUs don't do as well in gaming.
AMD CPUs are fine for gaming.
Maybe get a bigger HDD, 320GB is not that much, everything else seems to be fine.
WillHelms, How crazy are you planning on going with the overclock on that 6300? If you are only planning on going to lets say 4 ghz or even low 4 ghz territory you may want to take a look at the NZXT Havik 140.
http://www.xbitlabs.com/images/coolers/coolermaster-hyper-612-pwm/zchart_diagr_big.png Here is a link on a bunch of popular coolers including the H80 and Havik 140, the Havik is roughly 10$ savings vs the H80 with similar performance. Now the cooler is MASSIVE vs the H80, but the good news is they make a low profile vegeance kit( roughly the same price as the reg tall heatsinks) and there are less parts that can break. Your case is also big enough to fit the giant air cooler in it.
The last bit is the corsair builder CX600, for the savings you can get from switching from the H80 to the Havik you can upgrade your power supply to a Rosewill Capstone 650. It has 54amp 12v rail with four 6+2 Pci-e connectors along with being Gold rated and having a 5 year warranty. Seasonic also have the SII620 but thats about $80 but its also a solid PSU. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=266 This is a link to a review on Johhny Guru on the Capstone 750, its a proper powersupply.
Spend a little more on a case! Or just switch to a better one.
For like 16$ more you can a 1Tb WD Blue.
