I am having a strange issue with a media PC I have, an old Intel NUC (Soyo-TMiniN3150V2.0).
It is old, problematic, but does what I need.
The only problem I am experiencing is, that when I need to reboot, rarely, it stucks in below screen:
This happens for both Manjaro KDE and XFCE. However, it does not happen with Manjaro GNOME.
Also, every time it happens, and I have to hard reset, it adds another instance of my SSD in the available boot devices in boot, like below:

Any idea why this is happening and how to avoid it?
All power settings are disabled, as it works 24/7.
