Is any one else having this issue. I got two indigo neo’s, one a present for a friend and mine still un opened. The one my friend got is having severe ghosting. I fear mine might have the same issue. After awhile the ghost image goes away but then comes back with a vengeance, I was thinking maybe bug in OS or a bad screen.
I would reach out to Apple. First I’ve seen of this, but hopefully all it’s needs is an update for drivers/firwmare. Though from my experience ghosting is usually hardware related. So Apple support is likely your best bet to getting a resolution.
This is a known screen burn-in/ghosting issue on some Indigo Neo units—first try a full OS update and factory reset, if it still happens, return it for a replacement before opening yours.
huh, wonder why it’s just indigo… Maybe somehow a different HW revision on the board?
