Low cost Photoshop system

I could use some advice on building a low cost system that will only be used for Photoshop and Ms Office. My friend has a local T-shirt printing company that is running on an old AMD Athlon 64 x2 with 4gigs of memory, he would like to upgrade it to a system that can run either Photoshop CS 6 or the new Cloud version and have it perform well.

I found this system on newegg that I thought may work well for him, but I'm sure a lot of you out there could provide better designed systems that would be geared towards running Photoshop.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Pretty much go for an i5 or 8350 or better for the cpu, 8gb of ram and a ssd are also something i would go for. The build you picked out looks fine.

I would look for another power supply. The current pick has over twice the necessary power rating, but is of a relatively low quality model with only one year of warranty. Something 80PLUS Gold certified around 400W would give more quality for the money, and there would still be plenty of headroom for the current parts.

Something worth considering could be to go for 16GB of RAM. It might not be needed right away, but DDR3 RAM will likely never go down in price again and cameras only make bigger and bigger files.
