Looking to move to an AIO from a Thermalright Assassin X

The reason is because the GPU throws out quite a bit of heat and it heats the CPU, an AIO from what I know will at the least seperate this somewhat.

I can go 240 or 280mm.

Cheaper the better.
Quieter the better.
Value for money… the better.
