I have been working for home for years now, you’d think I’d have the right solution.

Target is to have a fast switching KVM, so I can share one keyboard/mouse with two machines (desktop and work laptop).
I have 3 monitors, my “main” monitor (Screen 2 on the diagram), I use my streamdeck to switch inputs from DP to HDMI based on what screen I need to see. The painful part is the USB switch velcroed under my desk to switch where my keyboard is going. There’s a delay with it.
Any suggestions on how to make this more efficient?
