Looking for Logitech MX Mechanical Replacement Keycaps - Austria/EU

My right arrow keycap broke and I’m looking for a replacement either a single one or a whole set. I’m not keen on paying 40-50eur for the whole set, when I can buy a whole new keyboard for a 100 or a barely used one for 70.
Logitech doesn’t offer replacement keycaps for this keyboard and I’d love to avoid AliExpress, since the keycaps there don’t look right to me…maybe I’m wrong, maybe it’s maybelline.

Any advice or point in the right direction would be appreciated! Keyboard is full size graphite and only the right arrow keycap broke off.

Thank!

Maybe you want to risk a small amount of money to this website. Disclaimer: no guarantees on this site, use a virtual credit card and all other protections

Sneaky edit: AliExpress also sells bundles

+1 to not getting from Ali-Express or Ali-Express adjacent because last time I tried to buy one… it had 2 Ls and no Js. Not even kidding on that one.

But honestly get from more reputable vendors. Maybe try www.mechanicalkeyboards.com. They deliver to SEA/PH so maybe Austria/EU should be easier for you.

The challenge is that either we get the whole keycap set or just a random keycap… I would take a gamble for a single keycap, otherwise yeah better to find a more reputable seller.

Hey, thanks for the responses and sorry for not being active.

I risked it all and ordered from laptokeyreplacements. It cost me 17eur. But we’ll see if it’s the real deal when and if it arrives. 6-18 days…

They don’t carry keycaps for logitech keyboards, unfortunately.

I got the key. Can confirm legitimacy. I have no idea how they get the keys, but it’s a legit original fit for the MX Mechanical.

It did cost me quite a bit, though. Price + overseas delivery + import tax was about 25eur. Which isn’t cheap for a single key.

Shoot I thought the price would not balloon up that way, but good to know that site works!

Yeah, I mean, EU tax is up there…can’t really do anything about it.
But thanks for the recommendation. At least the problem is solved.

Damn, wish I’d seen this thread before. I had a problem with my MX Keys Mini (not the mechanical one) - the keycaps had rubbed off and gone transparent. Because they don’t offer replacements, and it was within warranty, they just sent me a new one. Didn’t even ask for the old one back.

I mean, I wouldn’t recommend intentionally causing a fault with the keyboard, but it might’ve been an option…

I appreciate it, but it’s not something I’d be willing to do in any case, since warranty can be a tricky thing

That’s entirely fair - not something I’d do either, if I’m honest. On the other hand, it does show that their warranty policy is excellent should anything go wrong with it, as is their customer service. I’ve never come across a company who’s willing to just send a new one based on a couple of photos.

YMMV. I ordered something from their website and got the wrong product and getting in touch with an agent to return/exchange a product took 3 days through their bullsh*t website AI chat agent. I resolved the problem after I got in contact with a person, but it was a stupid needlessly complicated experience.

Good to know…my experience was prior to the AI takeover.
