Looking for External Hard Drive 500Gb-1Tb

I need to pick up a External Hard Drive for GF.

 

I'm looking into 500 Gb to 1 Tb of storage space.

Shes going to be using a chrome book so she needs external storage for media and some school storage.

Wireless connectivity is welcome, but not needed.

price needs to be under $100. would like to spend around $80 though.

Speeds need to be somewhat bearable during transfer. at least over 100 mbps 

 

I'm looking at WD Passport 1 Tb $70 >>here<<

 

Any better suggestions?
