Looking for a very specific keyboard

So, i'm looking for quite a specific type of keyboard, so here is a list as to what I'd like...

-Rubber Dome or other "soft" and quiet switches (but still good for typing)
-No Numpad (takes up too much room)
-Has arrow key's, Delete, Print Screen, etc
- Preferably have a "menu key", but not a necessity
-A white OR RGB backlit (which I can change the brightness of). If RGB, I want it to be programmable...

May seem easy, but i've spent hours looking around, and have found nothing. The closet that I have found is this keyboard from EBay http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Drevo-Gramr-84-Key-White-Backlit-USB-Wired-PC-MAC-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard-/401139052937?var=670682337600&hash=item5d65c03189:g:NJoAAOSwIgNXlX7B
However, it doesn't have Rubber Dome switches... :(

So, hopefully the people of the Tek can find something like this, because I surely can't.

In case anyone is wondering, I currently have a QuickFire TK with Cherry Blue's, however, i'm tired of having the blue switches because after a while, my fingers start to hurt from typing, plus I don't like the blue backlit (I'd prefer white or RGB). Everything else about this keyboard is amazing (loving the size and function keys!)

Anyway, thank you to whoever has any input! :D

If you like the Coolermaster TK and what white led then get Brown switches. That is what I am using now. And the keys are easy to type one. Went from rubber dome to this keyboard, my finders stopped hurting from the keyboard. Still hurt from years of abuse from working.
Coolermaster does make a 10 keyless where is just has the arrows and delete keys.

was going to buy this type of keyboard till I saw the usb connection, looks like it can come out to easy. I use my keyboard on the couch and move it around a lot.

I find that the brown switches are nice and quiet, my rubber dome keyboard made a louder sound, the brown is more of a softer sound. I did have very cheap rubber dome keyboards so that could be why they where so loud.
