Have parts for a new build OTW. Is there a bootable USB image out there that loads quickly and can test RAM and CPU after adjusting curve optimizer and RAM timing settings prior to OS install?

You can stick multiple ISOs on a USB drive to boot from with Ventoy.
It’s also possible to install a full Windows install on a USB drive, using the Windows To Go option with Rufus: https://www.intowindows.com/rufus-to-create-windows-to-go-usb-drive/. I’ve found that switching to another system may sometimes require a shutdown, drive unplug and restart, but once it gets up it works great after that.
I basically have two old NVMe drives in USB adapters set up with the above for my testing/benchmarking.
