I’ve just yesterday went back to Mint cinnamon and FINALLY seem to have accomplished everything I need to ditch Windows forever.
One …annoying…problem exists
Mint 19.1 cinnamon refuses to autolaunch/remember my mouse wheel scrolling speed that I set per the instructions here https://mintguide.org/other/643-setup-the-mouse-scroll-wheel-speed.html involving “imwheel”
I’ve tried adding “imwheel” only without quotes to StartUp applications as a custom command as well as only putting the “cd blah blah blah” long single sentence command. Upon every reboot, it never autolaunches/remembers it…be it putting 1, 2, or eve 10 second delay on the command or leaving it as it.
