We're in the talks of migrating some of our servers to unix of some flavor and in order to accomplish this, we're going to need unix admins. Although my job is 'security analyst' I'm first in line to be considered for this position because I do know a bit about linux although most of it is simple stuff and clever googling.
That said, are there any bootcamp style seminars that'll give me a good start in unix administration? Online courses? What's the best path otherwise to learn unix administration?
This won't be database or anything 'special' really, just linux server hosting file servers primarily. Probably a few other things.
