this should be interesting, but from what we've learned the good stuff is already done - and we won't get much better.

There's actually quite a lot of information on the Kickstarter page. It appears to be collecting money pretty fast too. The video was very much in the style of Romero that you expect. I'm intrigued! What do people think?
I'm wondering who got the ball rolling. Was it one of them? Was it an outside entity? Whoever took this stuff has to have something good in the works.

I am rather interested in seeing where this is going... Anyone have an idea what is being said at the very end of the video? It sounds like something backwards?
It is something backwards, although I'm struggling to get all of it. After putting it in Audacity I got 'In Blackroom this ______ with _____ and pain, by John Romero'.

It's a pretty little neat video they put together. I'm going to try and control my expectations, because holy shit, were I let down by Call of Doom...
Kickstarter is ON HOLD :(
They were actually doing quite well towards the target. It's strange that they didn't think this was a good thing to do before starting the kickstarter. I can only imagine they got that as feedback. I don't think they need a demo though. Just some developer shots, game assets, etc.
