I'm traveling across the entire continental United States to attend LanSyndicate in April. In transporting my full ATX rig, I'll have to take out the CPU cooler; and the GPU, checking in the case, in its own box. Packed full with antistatic packing foam, and no hard drive, I'm confident it will be fine.
I was wondering about when (or if) we return to our hotels for each night, will we be expected to take our entire rigs back and forth?

I assume it would be like QuakeCon with 24/7 LAN. With a PC check in.
