This is my first thread here on Tek Syndicate and im sorry if its in the wrong section.

Anyways. Over the past 2-3 years now me and my friends instead of going over to someones house to hangout or hangout with girls we just all take our computers over and LAN in eachothers basement or family room.

We have kept it pretty well documented over the past few years and have 20+ photos of LANs that we created. Note my friends have posted these on reddit and other sites but i assure you, im in all those photos and I can give you proof if you need it.

wow, where did you find all the people with pc's. everyone plays on consoles here... :(

We all used to play xbox togeather, then we all got PC's and switched ^.^

We all go to the same school also.

I noticed a lot of backlit keyboards in those pics. Any low cost ones that can take abuse you would recomend?

You're lucky you have that many friends playing on PC  :'(

I would be happy to have just one friend to have a lan party with. I can't find anyone who plays games since I moved to the new place.

If you and your friends are tech savvy then you can try to create your own game. I see enough human resources.

Not cheap, but the best one I have used, and currently still use after 2+ years of gaming is the Logitech Illuminated Keyboard (yes that is the actual name). $70 + free shipping from newegg.

The Laptop keys are so great for typing as well as playing all sorts of games.

All my friends play on there crappy xbox's. How do you get all that crap down to your basement. Those towers must weight 30lb
