These are benchmarks from the Sapphire Pulse 7900 XT review video on Mar 23, 2023.
I previously wanted to wait for 7800xt and lower priced cards, but EU-favoring USD <-> EUR exchange rates and general GPU price levels may change this. Perhaps get a 7900xt for 799?
