KVM USB connectivity issue

I have the 4 computer dual monitor dp 1.4 KVM. Back in February, I started having issues with USB device connectivity. Sometimes, when I wake a PC up from sleep all of my USB devices continuously disconnect and reconnect to the PC. I have found so far that the only way to fix this is to unplug & replug the KVM back in. (Replugging the USB devices doesn’t work)

I am using a Logitech g915 keyboard and the superlight mouse, and I have this issue with them both plugged in via their USB dongle and directly with a cable.

Has anyone else had an issue like this, and have a better work around?

try switching to a usb3 port, or uninstalling logitech software, to see if there is a work around. It should work if the same version of logitech software is installed on all devices but via usb3 it should work regardless and not matter. any other usb devices in the mix?
