KVM stopped working

KVM Model:

1.4 Display Port KVM Switch - Single Monitor - Two Computer

USB Interface (5-gigabit or 10-gigbit):

10-gigbit

Problem:

The KVM has just stopped working. I get no response when trying to switch between devices using hot keys or the button on the unit.

Other Notes:

I have tried unplugging everything and plugging things in one at a time to see if any of my machines/devices were causing issues, but still not working.
I have tried unplugging for an hour and then plugging in again and same problem, no beeps at all.

when you plug in only the power brick do you get a light or click?

I just fixed one of these where someone had damaged the power brick cord and didn’t realize it.

do you have another 12v dc power brick center positive that you can try?

No light or click when plugging in the power brick.

I was starting suspect it was the power brick, but I don’t have another brick with the same output.

Should I see light and/or hear a click if I only have the power plugged in with no other DP/USB devices attached?

Yes there should be a click, then a beep, followed by a red light

do you have any other 12v dc brick? I can be more beyond 1.5 amps that’s totally okay. it’s the most common dc power brick in the world by choice tbh

I found another power brick.

I get green lights with my devices connected but hear not beeps or clicks and do not see any red lights
