Problem:
While unplugging a USB microphone from my KVM, the entire unit suddenly died. The device still shows power indicators for the different connected machines, but the KVM itself will no longer power on.
Other Notes:
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:
- Unplugged the entire device for 12 hours, then reconnected everything but no beep or any other signs of life.
- Pressing switch button, there is no sound other than the mechanical click of the switch itself.
- Swapped the power supply/cable with a similar one but no change.
