KVM not powering on, is there anything I can try?

KVM Model:

1.4 Display Port KVM Switch - Dual Monitor - Two Computers

USB Interface (5-gigabit or 10-gigabit):

10 Gigabit

Problem:

I unplugged the KVM because it was refusing to switch computers, and now it won’t turn on; there are no lights or signs of life.

Other Notes:

I’ve tried another power supply 12V 2A, and it doesn’t seem to be working either.

Hey Amber, I’ve bought a new one out of desperation to get my setup working. I was able to test them side by side, and the old one still seems very dead (doesn’t beep/show lights etc):

I am having the same exact issue with my dual pc dual monitor 10 gig kvm.. I have been troubleshooting it all night and nothing. doesnt power on at all and I have left it disconnected for over an hour….
