Kodi FULL backup

So I am doing a clean windows install this weekend for reasons
Then I suddenly reasised what about my Kodi installtation, my beautifully crafted Kodi installation! all the source material is hosted on an external 2TB HDD but the install iis on my C drive.

Obviously all the databases for movies and TV I want to keep, hell naw to redoing all that metadata. Can I literally just copy and paste the program files and paste/replace when I reinstall Kodi on the fresh windows install?

The program files don’t hold your actual data, they are… the program files.

The user data is stored in %AppData%/Kodi (unless you did a portable installation, in which case yes, they are inside the program files).
