Yeah, I read the post a bit quickly. It's my personal belief that when you are spending less then 1000 dollars on a pc then performance matters more than looks. But if he wants he can get that case and add 50 dollars more for the Bitfenix prodigy m.
When you are going to be spending 120 to 140 dollars on the cpu, intel can't compete with amd. AMD's six core 6300 costs about the same as the i3 and it runs circles around it. Battlefield 4 recommends the 6300. If you can swing it get an i5 or the fx 8350. Both cost around 200 dollars. But if you are on a budget, go for the fx 6300. Nothing even comes close at that price.
