Keychron C3 Pro not working with HID

So as I noted in another video I was having issues that a Razer Huntsman V2 TKL was not working with the HID port of the KVM.

I decided to take a shot with Keychron, have heard good things and wanted to give it a try. Same issue, when using an HID port on the KVM the keyboard does not function. Works fine on the USB 3 port.

To date I have only been able to get Logitech keyboards to work on the HID? Are there others that work and have decent macro software?

To clarify, sorry if you’ve answered this somewhere, have you disabled n-key rollover? QMK can fix most of the issues people have:

QMK

QMK , an open keyboard firmware, has been tested and is compatible with our KVM. It really depends on your particular situation. You may need to disable nkey rollover as modifier keys like scroll lock and left ctrl can be sent from a different virtual USB keyboard input.
