Problem:
When switching between my Windows 11 and Mac Mini, my Keychron K10 HE stops working unless I unplug my Razer Naga v3 Pro, plug and unplug my old Razer Naga v2 Pro, and plug back in my v3 Pro. I’ve updated the firmware on both the mouse and keyboard, so not sure if a Razer issue, Keychron issue, or KVM issue. Unplugging and replugging in both peripherals doesn’t fix it, I have to specifically plug in my old v2 pro for the keyboard to work again. I’m at my wits end here.

Hmm, I have a USB + HDMI 4 port KVM switchbox that will on occasion do this when swtching from one port to another.
It has a manual switch so to correct it I switch back to the original port and wait a few seconds and then switch back to the port i want to use then it works.
How can I tell, my MS Natural KB has the num lock light that fails to light up and hence the KB stops working, but when I do the above trick it lights up and the KB is working once more.

What port is the keychron plugged into? You might need to plug it into the blue USB ports instead of the white USB-HID?

That totally fixed it! I grabbed a spare usb 3 hub I had lying around and plugged both the mouse and keyboard into that and fed it into a blue port and everything worked perfectly! Probably was just something weird with HID
