Kerbal Space Program Ocean LAG

Every time when i play KSP and i go to the launchpad and look towards the ocean my FPS drops to 20-30fps but when i look towards land i get 60-120fps. Also, when I'm flying to the planet Eve( It has oceans too) my FPS drops again. 

I would really appreciate if someone solves this problem so i can enjoy KSP again :)

I believe that KSP is just a badly optimised game. There are plenty of mods for the game, but I don't know if there are any mods that are performance related.
