Hey everyone,
So far this year I've had three pumpkin beers: Epic Breweries "Fermentation without representation," Shock top's pumpkin wheat, and some beer I dont remember that was a local virginia beer. They all have been good. Actually the first and third were fantastic, and I really want to hear what eveyones favorite pumpkin brews are, because there are so many options at my local corner store it is overwhelming, and i value your opinions.
Only one I've had so far is the Blue Moon Harvest Pumpkin Ale, not a real big fan but it was something different.
If you like darker beers, Check out the Warlock from Southern Tier. Its a Pumpkin Imperial Stout and its absolutely wonderful.
I've tried the pumpkin beers from Shocktop and Blue Moon but they have been too sweet and still tasted like a macro. Does anyone have any recommendations for a subtle/complex pumpkin beer?
I had a Schlafly Pumpkin Ale last weekend and it was great

Ever tried Smashed Pumpkin? It's like Pumpkin Head, except with a nap afterwards.
I've heard Traveler's Jack-o-traveler is good and smooth.
