I have two of your KVM’s one at work and one at the home. I have an issue that strangely seems to be increasing in frequency at work. I have my main computer, a Lenovo laptop, with high end Lenovo docking station connected on port 1.
Occasionally the HID keyboard and mouse would stop working (i.e. mouse would disappear and lights would go out on keyboard). This only happens on port 1.
The keyboard is still working as I can hotkey to the other 3 computers and they work fine. Just port 1 seems to die. I used to be able to reset the docking station and it would come back. Today it died completely and will not come back no matter what I reboot.
I plugged the mouse and keyboard to the non-HID ports (blue) and they both work with same cables, connections, etc. Just HID ports are dead to port 1.
This does not happen on my setup at home, Just here at work.
Anything I can try to get the working again?
