$1000? Where do you live? Could you provide links to where you got those?

I just took a glance at it, but I don't why that should come to $1000....

OS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832416550

MB + ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130644 (the asus board isnt bad but you cant add more than 1 gpu.)

GPU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102983 (if you need cuda atlest get a 660) amd is killing the 600 series right now. with the new drivers the 7000 series got a 15% improvment in fps

psu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817153136 (this one is good i put it in a friends pc and he has a 2600k and a 7970 both ocd)

ssd http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227791 this one is a S+++ tone faster than the one you picked out.

cpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504 so the cpu you had wont overclock very well so for $5 more a K edition (unlocked for overclocking you should get an H100 at some point)

the same case... that one is nice looking and the cass is a prefrence thing  and that one will fit an h100 and lots of stuff.

lastly audio if you dont want to get a sound card then atlest get a usb headset
