Is there such a thing as a RDP load balancer?

With vGPUs it is possible to setup many hosts that all have there own GPU. Would it be possible have some sort of load balancing system that takes incoming RDP connections and assigns clients to hosts? There would need to be some sort of solution to sync user home directories but theoretically it should be possible. I know this can kind of be achieved via DNS but that is not really optimal.

Any thoughts? Maybe the home directories could be put on Ceph (in the case of Linux)

I don’t actually have a use but it would be really cool

Its called Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (and with NetScaler you can access it from outside the network). Microsoft has their own thing, I can’t remember the names right now. And you would assign home drives and other folders via GPO folder redirection to an SMB share or use FsLogix.
I don’t know of any home lab/personal use kind of software for this, assigning hosts statically might be the best solution
