Is there any critical problems with my parts list and if so what are they?

I have done a fair amount of research but I would like to know if I have missed something before I make a purchase. Thanks in advance! http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Mentalevo/saved/1ZbK I'm not really asking for a debate whether Nvidia or AMD is better for I have already made my decision, again I'm only asking if my parts are COMPLETELY compatible and if I will run into problems setting up the build, and again, if so please specify the fix for the problem(s).

CoolMax PSUs are usually garbage.  I'd suggest getting a Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, or Antec PSU.

That motherboard doesn't support an FX-8350
