Is there a tool to sync playlist that mirrors the directory structure?

I want to sync certain playlists to my SD card and I wanna make sure that it doesn’t ruin the playlists that I’ve set up. In addition, I wanna make sure that there won’t be duplicates.

Is there a tool like that?

rsync should work.

I assume it’s possible to use a playlist file on rsync to copy the music files?
