Sort of. The Kraken uses 15mm fan spacing (which is standard today), while the Tempest uses 20mm fan spacing (an old standard). This means that while the rad will physically fit, the mounting holes won't line up for both fans. You'd either have to drill your own holes for the second fan, or find another alternative mounting mechanism.
