Is it worth it to replace the stock fans?

Hey Guys

 

I JUST finished my first build, and everything is running as it should.. i think, so i am very happy. But there is one thing that irritates me a bit and that is the sound from the fans. i think they are a bit to loud, so i was wondering if it would make any diffference to swap them with some more silent fans, maybe the Noctua NF-S12B and NF-A14?

Is it worth the money, or does it not have any effect?

The case i got is the Antec three hundred two, and the preinstalled fans are 120 mm and 140 mm.

if you dont have anything else to spend money on then, possibly. or you could just buy a fan controller?

If you want quieter fans, then go ahead and buy some.
