Is it ok to use a C19-C14 cord between PSU and UPS?

I have a Corsair HX1500i Shift PSU which seems to have a C20 plug, and I want to connect it into this APC UPS with C13 sockets.

Is it ok to use a C19-C14 power cord like this one? Qoltec Power extension cable IEC C14/C19 | 3x1.5mm² | 2m (53990) | Power cables | Qoltec

As I understand C13-C14 are rated for 10A while C19-C20 are 16A… IEC 60320 - Wikipedia

I live in Europe, so I have 230V.

Yes this is fine for such a short length as long as your existing wall receptacle to C13 cord is short enough/has thick enough wire gauge to support it’s length.
With thicker wiring the ampacity of most connectors actually increases due to them running cooler and the wires acting as a better heatsink.

slightly OT brainfart "AI" helped me with

apparently it’s early enough in the morning I couldn’t remember what the SI system was called so I tried to explain to Google’s “AI” what I was looking for and it actually understood:
