in your video 'Has apple really invented anything' wendall said that apple didnt own the copywrite for the iphone and that another company did but apple swamped them in paperwork and money.
what im asking is Coudn't a Huge company(eg, microsoft, samsung or google)purchase the company that actually owns the copywrite then with their money and lawyers, sue apple and then get royalties and stuff like that
